Had kind of an exhausting day today (and it definitely shows in my face).
This skirt is a little big on me so I threw the belt on simply to keep it up. The skirt doesn't have belt loops so I was struggling with trying to keep it hidden in the belt. Then, I decided "Why not let the skirt bloom out of the top like a cream puff?" I liked the effect, though I'm sure some would disagree.

I personally love the top of a skirt randomly popping over a belt. I have a skirt I made with an elastic waistband that I do this with. It looks cute and a little undone.
