I spent yesterday volunteering in my sister's classroom, which was entertaining as always. Then, in the evening some good friends of mine invited me over for an early birthday celebration with the most amazing salmon/asparagus/potato/spinach dinner that is to die for. To complete the evening, their two year old daughter performed her ballet rendition of Cinderella while we drank Cava and ate an apple tart. All in all, I would say that it was a magnificient pre-birthday birthday party.
